Booking through Penafrancia Online Booking is designed to be intuitive on the official site, PHBUS, or 12go. Below is a full walkthrough.
Select origin and destination, preferred travel date, and the number of passengers. Common origin points include Metro Manila terminals (Cubao, Alabang, PITX) and regional terminals (Naga, Legazpi, Tabaco).
A list of trips will appear for the selected date. Each row shows the coach name, departure time, fare, and the number of seats remaining.
Enter the name, address, email, and contact number. For minors, baggage, or pets, provide age/contact and any required consent details.
A seat map will be available; pick a specific seat or berth. The system holds your selection for a short time during payment.
After paying securely via GCash, Maya, Mastercard, or credit/debit card, you’ll receive an email and SMS confirmation with a QR-coded e-ticket or booking reference. Save this to your device and print a copy if you prefer a hard ticket.
